10 Years In Prison Makes Angelina Sondakh Difficult To Remember Time
JAKARTA - Celebrities and former politician Angelina Sondakh talked about the raging feelings in her heart while serving her sentence for the alleged corruption case.
The wife of the late Adjie Massaid was sentenced to 10 years in prison for corruption and bribery cases of Wisma Atlet while serving as a member of the DPR in 2012.
Angie, her nickname, said that on four years of her sentence she had made plans to take revenge on the people who plunged her into the vicious circle.
"When I've been inside for 10 years, the four years are full of strategies. What will you do with revenge later? What will you do when you see the person like, 'oh, how come the devil is an angel?'," said Angelina Sondakh, quoted by VOI from YouTube Merry Riana, Monday, June 3.
It was not only anger that he felt while serving his sentence but also despair. Especially when his second brother died.
However, the incident actually made Angie turn into a better person. Where he becomes more focused on himself and is reluctant to take care of other people's business.
"The second year my older brother died, who took care of me all the time. Well, that's when I started to change," he continued.

Furthermore, this mother, continued Aaliyah Massaid, admitted that the 10 years in prison had an impact on her life.

"I am a person who never wanted to know what day this is, what date is this. Until now, I like to be carried away. So don't ask me about the schedule because sometimes I can get too late," he concluded.
