Febri Diansyah Until Radio Boss Prambors Will Be Presented By KPK Prosecutors At The SYL Session Today
The Public Prosecutor (JPU) at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) presented a number of witnesses in the trial of alleged extortion and gratification that ensnared Syahrul Yasin Limpo today, Monday, June 3. One of them is former KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah who was the attorney for the former Minister of Agriculture (Mentan).
"The prosecutor's team will present witnesses," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters quoted on Monday, June 3.
Apart from Febri, the prosecutor will also summon other witnesses. They are Dhirgaraya S. Santo who is the General Manager of Radio Prambors Media or PT Bayureksa and the Head of the Agricultural Human Resources Counseling and Development Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture Dedi Nursyams.
Then he will be presented as a witness as well as Sugiyatno who is the Karugma Rumdin Minister of Agriculture; and TU staff of the Ministry of Agriculture's Agricultural Equipment and Machinery Directorate Yusgie Sevyahasana. They will later be asked for information before the judge to prove the charges against Syahrul.
"To further uncover and sharpen the flow of money from the defendant Syahrul Yasin Limpo et al," said Ali.
Previously reported, cases of extortion and acceptance of gratuities that ensnared Syahrul were being tried at the Jakarta Corruption Court. He was charged with extortion of up to Rp44.5 billion during the 2020-2023 period.
