DKI Jakarta Air Quality Is The Second Worst This Morning In The World

JAKARTA - Air quality in DKI Jakarta, based on data from the IQAir air quality monitoring site on Saturday morning, is the second-worst in the world.

Based on observations at 05:00 WIB, quoted from Antara, Saturday, June 1, the air quality index (AQI) in Jakarta is at 186 with a smooth particle (particulate matter / PM) 2.5, which means it is categorized as unhealthy.

The city with the worst air quality in the world in Delhi, India with an air quality index at 275, then in third place there is Kinshasa, Congo at 172, then followed by Kumpala, Uganda at 163.

Unlike the figures shown by IQAir, the Environmental Information System and the Hygiene of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environment Agency show that the air quality in Jakarta is in the moderate category.

The air quality category means air quality levels that do not affect human or animal health but affect sensitive plants, and aesthetic value.
