Police Arrest 2 Sadistic Thieves In Medan
The Medan City Police (Polrestabes) arrested two suspected robbers who slashed the hands of victim Abdul Azis (27) almost breaking up while crossing Jalan Pancing Medan, North Sumatra.
"There are five perpetrators, two have been arrested, namely the initials MAJ alias BU and DG," said Medan Police Chief Kombes Teddy Jhon Sahala Marbun in Medan as reported by ANTARA, Friday, May 31.
Teddy continued, officers received information that the MAJ perpetrator was on Jalan Jawa, Medan, then personnel arrested the suspect on Thursday (30/5).
"Then the development was carried out, personnel arrested the perpetrator with the initials DG. The evidence confiscated from the perpetrators was a sharp weapon of the type of sickle and other goods," he said.
Kapolrestabes said, from the results of the development, the MAJ perpetrators were recidivist with the same case, namely theft and violence.

"Officers took measured action by shooting the perpetrators for resisting when they were arrested," said Teddy.
He said that the perpetrators who had not been arrested immediately surrendered, otherwise his party would take firm action against the suspected robbers.
Previously, Abdul Aziz, who was a waitress, became a victim of a robbery stabbing while passing by riding a motorcycle on Jalan Pancing, Medan, Saturday (25/5) in the morning and the video went viral on social media.
Then, local residents took the victim to the nearest hospital for treatment. However, his hand had to be amputated due to being hit by a sharp weapon, even though the perpetrator failed to escape the victim's motorbike.
