Investigate Tin Corruption, AGO Examines Two Sisters And Sisters Of Harvey Moeis
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) is examining three people in the handling of the alleged corruption case in the tin commodity trading system for the mining business permit (IUP) PT Timah Tbk in 2015-2022. Two of them are the sister-in-law of Harvey Moeis.
"(Examining witnesses) KD and RS as the brother-in-law of the suspect HM. For the hospital is the husband of KD," said the Head of the AGO, Ketut Sumedana in his statement, Friday, May 31.
Meanwhile, the other one has the initials BN. He is a former employee of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Ketut.
A few days ago, investigators examined the RP as Sandra Dewi's personal assistant.

Director of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Dirdik Jampidsus) Kuntadi said the investigation was said to determine the income of the wife of the suspect Harvey Moeis.
"We did the examination yesterday, to find out how much income from elementary school brothers and sisters is and so on," said Kuntadi.
The AGO has named 22 suspects in the alleged tin corruption case. Apart from Harvey Moeis, one of them is Helena Lim or known as crazy rich, Indak Kapuk Beach (PIK).
