Siloam Distributes IDR 20 Dividend Per Share
JAKARTA - PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk or Siloam (SILO) closed the entire agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for 2023 by approving the distribution of dividends of IDR 260 billion.
Dividend per share was recorded at IDR 20 with a dividend payment ratio (dividend payout ratio/DPR) of 21 percent of 2023 Net Profit. Cash dividends will be paid within 30 working days after the closing date of the AGMS.
"Siloam has achieved extraordinary results and set new standards for excellence in the health industry," said Siloam President Director Benny Haryanto quoting Antara.
Revenue, Earning Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA), and Siloam's Net Profit were recorded at IDR 8.66 trillion, IDR 2.67 trillion and IDR 1.25 trillion, respectively grew 17.2 percent, 34.6 percent, and 75.5 percent compared to 2022.
The remaining net profit for the 2023 financial year was recorded as the Company's retained profit.
Shareholders give the Board of Directors the authority to allocate shares of the Management and Employee Share Ownership Program (MESOP) to eligible participants based on the agreed KPI achievements for the purpose of aligning management goals with shareholders.
Shareholders also approved the appointment of Rosan Perkasa Roeslani as President Commissioner of the Company.

Rosan has a career as President Commissioner in various industries including as a member of the Investment Committee at Fortman Cline Asia, Commissioner at Saratoga Investama Sedaya, former Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), former Vice President Commissioner at PT Pertamina (Persero), and former Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the United States.
