Yance Sayuri Returned, Indonesian National Team Summons Malik Risaldi And Nadeo Argawinata
JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team chose to repatriate Yance Sayuri and will summon Malik Rasidi and Nadeo Argawinata. This was conveyed by the Head of the National Team Agency (BTN), Sumardji.
Sumardji explained that the decision to repatriate Yance Sayuri from the training camp (TC) agenda was due to her condition. Yance suffered an injury to his left thigh during the inaugural exercise Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
"God willing, we will adjust the Yance (Sayuri) to the MRI results later. Because the conditions are not possible, it was agreed that we would return it," Sumardji said in his statement quoted on Friday, May 31, 2024.

On the same occasion, Sumardji also said that the Indonesian national team would summon two other names, namely Malik Risaldi, who is currently still playing for Madura United and Nadeo Argawinata who defended Borneo FC.
Considering that the two names are still in a team that is still actively playing in the 2023/2024 League 1 Championship Series, Sumardji explained that they will be summoned after the final of the competition which will be completed on May 31, 2024.
"We will call Malik Risaldi from Madura United and Nadeo (Argawinata). We will call Malik after the final (Championship Series) is over," he said.
Nadeo plans to come to Jakarta on Friday, May 31, 2024, because he is still in Balikpapan after defending Borneo FC, who just finished competing on Thursday, May 30, 2024.
Malik will come to Jakarta after the final match of the 2023/2024 League 1 Championship Series. Madura United, the Malik club, will face Persib Bandung on Friday, May 31, 2024.
Seeing this agenda, Malik is predicted to only fly to Jakarta on Saturday, June 1, 2024. Malik's summons to the Indonesian national team is the first time.
The award was the aftermath of his slick performance with Madura United throughout Liga 1 2023/2024. He was able to catch the attention of the Indonesian national team coach.
Apart from that, the training camp was carried out to look at the 2026 World Cup Qualification matches against Iraq (June 6, 2024) and the Philippines (June 11, 2024) at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta.
Before that match, the Indonesian national team will test it with Tanzania. This match will take place at the Madya Stadium, Senayan, Jakarta on Sunday, June 2, 2024.
