Pertamina Patra Niaga Together With The Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources Conduct Inspection To SPPBE And Use Of Business Sector Elpiji

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Patra Niaga together with the Directorate General of Oil and Gas of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) conducted a surprise inspection (sidak) at SPPBE PT Petro Gasindo Energy in Deli Serdang Regency. The review of 3 kg LPG services at that location focuses on the consistency of the dose of each filling of 3 kg LPG cylinders.

"Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to improve synergy with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources not only under supervision, but also updating the system so that the distribution of 3 kg LPG goes well starting to fill in SPPBE to the community," said Pertamina Regional Marketing Director Patra Niaga, Mars Ega Legowo, Thursday 30 May.

On this occasion, he took direct sampling of charging results in the filling hall area and found that the majority of empty tubes were normal in the range of 4.97 kg to 5 kg per tube with a normal gross weight final of around 7.97 kg to 8.03 kg per tube.

"Through this activity, we want to ensure that people receive 3 kilograms of LPG in accordance with the dose. We are committed to providing the best service to the community," said Mars Ega.

In addition to inspecting the SPPBE, the Directors of Pertamina Patra Niaga together with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, OPD Pemko Medan, and Hiswana Migas DPC North Sumatra (North Sumatra) also carried out sudden inspections (sidak) of the use of LPG to a number of hotels, restaurants, and cafes (Horeka) in Medan.

Acting EGM Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut, Tiara Thesaufi said, from the inspection, the inspection team visited four hotel locations, restaurants, and cafes. Of the four locations, 3 kg of LPG was not found.

"Two hotels in Medan use the gas network (jargas) as the main energy and the hotel also uses 12 kg LPG and 50 kg LPG as an alternative to energy. Meanwhile, two other restaurants or cafes also use 12 kg LPG and 50 kg LPG as the main energy," said Tiara.

He explained that one of the restaurants used 12 kg of LPG at a reasonable price of Rp. 191,000 from the official supplier of PT Haki Jaya Gasindo. The restaurant can consume 240 tubes per month.

"We would like to thank restaurant business actors who have used Bright Gas Pertamina. We also invite the public to continue to monitor the distribution of subsidized LPG in circulation so that the distribution of subsidized LPG is used by those who are entitled," said Tiara.

Meanwhile, Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary Irto Ginting said that Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to improve synergy with the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources not only under supervision, but also to improve the system so that the distribution of 3 kg LPG goes well starting to fill in SPBE to the community.
