Hotman Paris Calls Police Gegabah Removes 2 Names Of DPOs In The Vina Murder Case In Cirebon

The famous lawyer Hotman Paris as the attorney for the victim's family, Vina Dewi Arsita, assessed that the police were too reckless to remove two names from the wanted list (DPO) in the 2016 murder case of Vina and Eky in Cirebon.

Hotman questioned the investigation process carried out by the West Java Police. Not without reason, he then revealed the investigation report (BAP).

"Against the allegations of a fictitious DPO, these are the BAP-BAP of the seven perpetrators. Here it is clear the role of the three DPO actors. In fact, there are also types of motorbikes, how to rape them is there, how to beat them," said Hotman in his statement, Wednesday, May 29.

Hotman added that the statements by the seven suspects were also strengthened in the prosecutor's indictment, prosecutors' indictment, trial facts, even in the judge's decision which stated that three perpetrators were included in the DPO.

"So it has legal force and this is a criminal act that has been proven in court. This is a criminal act committed by eight convicts and three DPOs. That is the result of the final criminal case decision," he explained.

"Then after this case went viral by Hotman 911 two weeks ago, the West Java Regional Police started re-investigating again," added Hotman.

He said Vina's family was also disappointed with the police's decision to remove two names in the DPO and immediately determine Pegi as the perpetrator in this murder case.

"Against Pegi, who is considered the perpetrator who was caught, the family appealed to the police not to rush in advance. This is too fast and too premature. If you say you haven't been caught, you can still be accepted with common sense," concluded Hotman.
