Abah Cabuli Mode 11 Children In Bogor, Victims Rented For Electric Bikes
BOGOR - Bogor City Police revealed cases of sexual harassment against dozens of minors, aka children, by the perpetrator Abahmen or with the initials R or O (55) in Bogor City.
Meanwhile, the police revealed the motive of perpetrator R, having the heart to sexually harass minors, which is known to number 11 people.
"This perpetrator is still single, so there is a desire for lust, because his desire is not channeled, so he abuses minors," said Bogor City Police Chief Kombes Pol Bismo Teguh Prakoso, Tuesday, May 28.
According to him, the incident of sexual harassment itself was known to have occurred in the Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City in recent months. The police chief said that there were 11 children who were victims of the perpetrator's lecherous actions.
"The victim is 9-10 years old. Sexual harassment is carried out by kissing, and holding the genitals of the victim," explained Kombes Pol Bismo Teguh Prakoso.
Meanwhile, according to the Chief of Police, the mode used by the perpetrators was to lure the cheap electric bicycle rental price, 1.5 hours at a price of Rp. 15 thousand.
Then, during the rental process, the perpetrator, who was called Abahmen, launched his depraved act against the victims.
"These children came to rent a bicycle, so these 11 people were sexually assaulted by the perpetrator," said Police Commissioner Bismo Teguh Prakoso.
Meanwhile, the efforts made by his staff in addition to securing and detaining the perpetrators, his party coordinated with the Bogor City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service (DP3A) to provide assistance to the victims.
"The Bogor City Government has provided assistance during the post-event report. Messages to the public for parents, for example, if the child comes out accompanied by or is supervised. So that there are no victims of crime," added the Police Chief.

Meanwhile, the Chief of Police added, for his actions the perpetrators are threatened with being charged with Article 76E of Law Number 2014 in conjunction with Article 82 of Law Number 17 of 2016, with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
"Everyone who violates the provisions referred to as Article 76 E is sentenced to a minimum prison sentence of 5 years and a maximum of 15 years, and a maximum fine of Rp. 5 billion," said Kombes Pol Bismo Teguh Prakoso.
