Acting Governor Zudan Arif Will Complete Debt This Year's South Sulawesi Provincial Government

Acting Governor of South Sulawesi (Sulsel) Zudan Arif Fakrulloh committed to settle the obligations or debts of the local Provincial Government to third parties this year.

Acting Governor Zudan asked for support from the South Sulawesi DPRD so that no more debts were delayed until 2025. The hope in the future is to create a healthy APBD.

"All of us in regional apparatus organizations (OPD) have agreed and I have permission from the DPRD that we are all preparing for the definitive governor in 2025, no more obligations that must be completed. We want to finish everything in 2024," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, May 22.

Previously, the Acting Governor of South Sulawesi had a meeting with the leaders and members of the South Sulawesi DPRD at the South Sulawesi DPRD Office, Tuesday (21/5).

During the meeting, the Governor of Zudan expressed his gratitude for the extraordinary support from all leaders, board equipment, and commission leaders.

Some of the notes that Zudan paid attention to include professionalism and neutrality of ASN, as well as payment of debt obligations.

He mentioned other aspirations to be carried out, such as horticultural fertilizers and inflationary prevention.

Zudan is committed to determining the priority scale in future strategies. He hopes that the APBD (Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget) will be healthy, and all obligations will be completed by 2024.

"I will pay attention to that and the strategy, I will determine the priority scale. Because DPRD friends and the OPD Head have reported how many obligations must be paid and completed," he said.
