KPK Investigate PT Taspen's Corruption Fund Flow From Former Wife Antonius Kosasih
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined Rina Lauwy Kosasih, who is the ex-wife of PT Taspen President Director Antonius NS Kosasih as a witness on Tuesday, May 21. He was questioned several things, including the question of financial transactions of the suspect in a fictitious investment case at PT Taspen.
"It has arrived, an investigation has been carried out to confirm the financial transactions of one of the parties named as a suspect in this case," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters quoted on Wednesday, May 22.
Ali has not detailed who the suspects are in this case. He only said investigators are now investigating where the fictitious investment money flows.
As previously reported, the KPK decided to increase allegations of corruption at PT Taspen (Persero) from investigation to investigation. Requests for prevention abroad against related parties in this case have been made.
There are two people who have been prevented from leaving the country to facilitate investigations. They are Antonius NS Kosasih, who has now been disabled from his position and Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto as President Director of Insight Investments Management.
As for this case, the Director of Investigation of the KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, said that the alleged corruption in fictitious investments in PT Taspen (Persero) began with the desire for the company's performance to look good. The value is said to be around Rp. 1 trillion.
"So there is an investment of this amount, then the investment is aimed at improving performance. To see the performance," Asep told reporters quoted on the Indonesian KPK YouTube, Thursday, May 16.

It's just that in the process there was a violation of the rules. This is Rp1 trillion in money which is then used in investment so that this company looks good in its performance. But then this is the problem," said Asep.
"Because there are things that violate the rules. That's in general," he concluded.
