KPK Asks Biak Numfor Regency Government Officials To Obey LHKPN Which Is Only 40 Percent
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) reminded the acting Biak Numfor Regency Government (Pemkab), Papua to comply in submitting the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) because in 2024 it was still low at only 40 percent.

He admitted, if it is difficult or does not know to fill in the LHKPN, the regional official concerned can ask the KPK for information.
He added that LHKPN regulations are related to Law Number 28 of 1999 and KPK RI Regulation Number 2 of 2020.
The submission of LHKPN, he continued, during the time the State Administrators take office is carried out periodically every 1 (one) year on Wealth obtained from January 1 to December 31.
