"Through the BEAST event, we are trying to bring a stronger synergy from all industrial stakeholders, especially business people and their human resources. The hope is that industrial growth can be more optimal, and no less important: human resource regeneration for young people to become professionals who in time, must be able to compete internationally," he explained, quoted on Tuesday, May 21.

This motivates Ronny in establishing Animated Workshops that focus on improving the quality of young animators, through training programs, organizing events, and also providing 3D animation-making services.

principal Wilson, CEO of Kumata Studio and as chairman of AINAKI (Indonesian Animated Industry Association) as well as one of the speakers at the BEAST 2024 event, added that Indonesia will get an Indonesian demographic bonus that will occur within the next 10-15 years, which will require a large job.

The labor-intensive animated industry sector can be a solution in terms of providing job opportunities and producing intellectual property (IP)-based products or providing animation production services to the local and global animated markets. "AINAKi's research data shows growth of 26 percent over the last 6 years where Indonesia's animation studio growth grows by 200% per year, therefore AINAKI will continue to open cooperation with various parties in building upstream to downstream programs so that the animation sector can take a role towards Indonesia Gold launched by the government," he explained.
