Deel Increases AI Use To Support Talent Recruitment Globally

JAKARTA Deel, the developer of the Human Resources (HR) platform, shared the globalization trend and HR transformation in Indonesia. Seeing the increasing demand for talent in Indonesia, as well as abroad, Deel continues to develop its platform. Recently, the HR platform released Deel AI, a chatbot based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), which can help employee efficiency. "We see AI "It's not as a substitute for people, but AI is a co-pilot.
