Among them were KPK Deputy Chair Alexander Marwata and Ministry of Agriculture employees who were assisted with the mutation.The employee whose mutation was assisted by Ghufron was his friend's son-in-law. He admitted that he was moved because of a sense of humanity and the process was unfair.
