Tanzania Officially Becomes The Opponent Of The Indonesian National Team Trial
JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team has been waiting for an international trial schedule in early June 2024. Tanzania has been confirmed to be the official opponent facing the Garuda Squad.
The news that Tanzania became the official opponent of the Indonesian national team in the trial match was shared directly through the official Instagram account. In an upload Thursday, May 16, 2024, it was informed that the match will be held on June 2, 2024 at the Madya Stadium, Jakarta.
Before Tanzania officially became the opponent of the match, the President of FAM (Malay Football Federation) had tried to realize a test match against Indonesia. The discourse was discussed with Erick Thohir.
However, PSSI finally chose Tanzania as a test opponent this time. Although less familiar, Tanzania is currently ranked FIFA better than Indonesia.
