The Attorney General's Office summoned artist Sandra Dewi for the second time regarding the alleged corruption case that ensnared her husband, Harvey Moeis, Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Sandra Dewi underwent an examination for more than 10 hours.
It is known that Harvey Moeis was caught in the alleged corruption of tin commodity trading in the mining permit (IUP) area of PT Timah Tbk for the 2015 to 2022 period. The Director of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office, Kuntadi, explained that the examination of Sandra Dewi was aimed at exploring the separation of assets between Sandra Dewi and Harvey Moeis.
"This examination aims to make it clear to the extent of the separation of assets between the suspect HM (Harvey Moeis) and the sister of SD (Sandra Dewi)," Kuntadi said in a press statement Wednesday night.
Kuntadi also stated that his party was still researching and examining the assets owned by Harvey Moeis from the results of alleged corruption, including several assets that had been confiscated by the Attorney General's Office.
"We are blocking the assets that have not yet been positioned, so that later we will investigate the extent of their connection with the alleged corruption," he said.
