Nurul Ghufron's Ethics Session Regarding The Continuation Of Ministry Of Agriculture Employees Today, There Are 2 Experts Presented
JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continues the ethics trial for alleged ethical violations of the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron, today, Thursday, May 16. Several witnesses and experts were presented.
"Today there will be three additional witnesses and two experts," Ghufron told reporters at the ACLC KPK Building, Rasuna Said, Jakarta.
Ghufron did not elaborate further on the ethical trial he would undergo. He chose to rush into the building where the KPK Supervisory Board was based.
"What are the results after the trial," he said.
As previously reported, the KPK Supervisory Board held an ethics trial against the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron, on Tuesday, May 14. This process was carried out because he was suspected of abusing his authority in dealing with the mutation of an employee of the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan).

During the trial, six witnesses were summoned and questioned. Among them were KPK Deputy Chair Alexander Marwata and Ministry of Agriculture employees who were assisted with the mutation.
Meanwhile, Ghufron has not been given the opportunity to defend himself. The KPK Council plans to hear his confession on Friday, May 17.
