PT Taspen's Fictitious Investment Mode Of IDR 1 Trillion, KPK: Tricks To Look Good Performance, In Fact It's A Problem
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has uncovered allegations of corruption in fictitious investments that occurred in PT Taspen starting with the desire that the company's performance be considered good and good.
This was conveyed by the Director of Investigation of the KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, when asked about the alleged corruption in the state-owned company. He revealed a little about the investigation material related to investments worth IDR 1 trillion.
"So there is an investment of this amount, then the investment is aimed at improving performance. To see the performance," Asep told reporters quoted on the Indonesian KPK YouTube, Thursday, May 16.
Asep said that a company is usually considered good in performance based on cash flow.
"This is Rp1 trillion in cash which is then used in investment so that it looks good in its performance. But then this is the problem," he said.
"Because there are things that violate the rules. That's in general," continued Asep.
Previously reported, the KPK decided to increase allegations of corruption at PT Taspen (Persero) from investigation to investigation. Requests for prevention abroad against the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights have also been carried out.
