SYL Trial, Judge Calls All Compact Director Generals Hide The Ministry Of Agriculture's Borok

The Director General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities (PSP) of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, Ali Jamil Harahap, admitted that he did not know whether there was a contribution from the leadership in other directorates in the Rp600 million money used by Syahrul Yasin Limpo or SYL to go to Brazil.

Chief Justice Rianto Adam Pontoh, who heard the statement, considered that the Ministry of Agriculture officials in the SYL leadership era seemed to take the ulcers of each maing even though it was finally fully revealed.

Syahrul Yasin Limpo is suspected of extorting his employees of up to Rp44.5 billion during the 2020-2023 period with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture Kasdi Subagyono and the Director of Agricultural Equipment and Machinery of the Directorate General of Infrastructure and Facilities of the Ministry of Agriculture Muhammad Hatta.

This money was then used for the benefit of Syahrul's wife and family, invited gifts, the NasDem Party, religious events, aircraft charters to Umrah and sacrifices. In addition, he was also charged with receiving gratuities of Rp40.6 billion from January 2020 to October 2023.
