Brata Luhur Funds Distribute Dividends Of Up To IDR 134.9 Billion

JAKARTA - PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE) distributed dividends worth IDR 134.9 billion as approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

"This year, the Company will distribute a total dividend for the 2023 financial year of IDR 134.9 billion. The dividend distribution has received the blessing of shareholders," said Director of Dana Brata Luhur (TEBE) Dian Heryandi quoting Antara.

Previously, TEBE had distributed interim dividends twice. The first interim dividend was distributed in September 2023 amounting to IDR 38.55 billion or IDR 30 per share. Meanwhile, the second interim dividend in December 2023 was IDR 32.12 billion or IDR 25 per share.

Thus, the final dividend to be distributed is IDR 64.25 billion or IDR 50 per share.

The final dividend was distributed on June 4, 2024. Thus, the total dividend for the 2023 financial year reached IDR 134.9 billion or IDR 105 per share," he explained.

As for 2024, the Company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of IDR 47.6 billion. The funds will be used to support the company's expansion plan, especially in supporting business diversification.

This is in line with the change in the status of PT Talenta Bumi Port, which was previously a Special Port of coal to a Public Port.

"In the next 1-2 months, this status will change so that it allows us to penetrate the transportation of other commodities to passengers," he said.

Dian revealed that the Company is also preparing strategic plans to diversify in other sectors, such as silica sand and carbon credit. However, both are still under study.

Considering this, the Company is targeting coal transportation of 9.5 million tons and posted revenues of Rp52.5 billion in 2024.

"Our revenue target is reduced in line with the geopolitical situation and the decline in coal prices," said Dian.
