The Indonesian U-17 Women's National Team Boosts Physical Fitness To Face North Korea

DENPASAR : The Indonesian U-17 women's national team focused on boosting physical fitness in preparation for North Korea U-17 in the third match of Group A of the 2024 U-17 Women's Asian Cup or AFC Women's U-17 Cup.

The team of coach Satoru Mochizuki underwent training at the Gelora Ngurah Rai Stadium, Denpasar, Bali, Friday.

"So the players who played yesterday against South Korea are currently recovering first. Then our players who did not compete yesterday, we will hold an internal game," said Satoru Mochizuki to reporters.

Gadhiza Asnanza and his friends also underwent a short-feeding training menu. In the match later, the former Japan national team coach will focus on giving playing time to players who have not received flying hours from the previous two matches when they met against the Philippines and South Korea.

"So indeed I plan from the start before this competition gives playing minutes to all, so that all players can participate in this competition. Later against North Korea, I will also do the same," said the former Japanese national team coach.

Indonesia will play North Korea in the third match of Group A of the U-17 Women's Asian Cup which will take place at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, Bali on Sunday at 19.00 WITA.

The Japanese coach revealed that what is the key to his game is mastery of basic techniques that must be qualified before leading to technicality. According to Satoru Mochizuki, his playing style is a scheme that is connected using basic techniques.

"Actually, Japan itself is focused or the most important thing for them is football, such as control, bait and kicks, which they prioritize," Mochi said, his nickname.
