Isa Almasih Increase Holiday, A Total Of 13,000 Tickets Sold Out

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) recorded that as many as 13,000 tickets for theASH high-speed train had been sold out. Passengerhalsh is expected to continue to soar on the long holiday of the Ascension of Jesus Christ.

KCIC Corporate Communication Manager Emir Monti said that the number of tickets sold was for departures per day, Friday, May 10.

"Based on observations this morning at 09.00, tickets for theeash High Speed Train sold for departure on May 10 have reached 13,000 tickets," Emir told reporters, Friday, May 10.

Furthermore, Emir said the number of tickets sold will continue to grow because sales are still ongoing both offline at counters or Ticket Vending Machines as well as online onmplysh Applications, KCIC Web, and partner applications.

On Wednesday and Thursday 8 and May 9, said Emir, KCIC serves as many as 20,000 passengers per day. This number is up about 28 percent compared to normal days.

"It is predicted that today the number will still be quite high at around 20,000 passengers per day," he explained.

Previously, General Manager of KCIC Corporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa said, KCIC had anticipated an increase in the number of passengers by operating as many as 48 Tripsurfacesh per day.
