This came to light after Liu's older sister checked Liu and Chau's conversation on Liu's cellphone. The two are known to have been in a relationship for 2 years, and have even planned their wedding in May 2024. From the information circulating, Liu paid for all his girlfriend's needs, from birthday parties to house rental fees.
