File Has Been Delegated, North Maluku Inactive Governor AGK Will Be Tried At Ternate District Court

The files of three suspects suspected of corruption in the arrangement of infrastructure development projects as well as the procurement of goods and services in North Maluku Province (Malut) have been delegated through the e-Berpadu application (electronic integrated criminal files).

"The three suspects are the inactive Governor of North Maluku, AGK (Abdul Gani Kasuba); the former Head of the North Maluku Goods and Services Procurement Agency (BPBJ), Ridwan Arsan; and AGK Adjutant, Ramadhan Ibrahim," said Public Relations of the Ternate District Court, Kadar Nooh in Ternate, Tuesday, May 7, confiscated by Antara.

Kadar said that the delegation of three suspect files to the Corruption Court of the Ternate District Court with the e-Berpadu application was carried out by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

With the entry of the file, the Ternate District Court plans to appoint a panel of judges and a trial schedule today, Tuesday, May 7.

"Of course, the three files will be transferred at once, namely AGK, Ridwan Arsan and Ramadhan Ibrahim," he said.

However, he admitted that until now there was still a disturbance so that the files of the three suspects had not been officially received.

"Because we have not received this officially, he said it has been uploaded but maybe there is still a lack of administration or there is still network disruption so it cannot be read e-Berpadu," he said.
