Rif'at also explained that the chances of tropical cyclone 91P seeds detected around the Arafuru Sea being a cyclone are low. However, these conditions will trigger moderate to heavy rain accompanied by strong winds around the detected cyclone seed area.

Rifa'i in his statement also stated that on the islands of Bali and Nusa Tenggara the weather was dominated by sunny to cloudy weather. Meanwhile, the weather in Denpasar and Kupang is predicted to be cloudy, then in Mataram it is estimated that the weather will be cloudy.
