Sir Jim Ratcliffe's Big Plan For Manchester United Training Field
JAKARTA - Sir Jim Ratcliffe, owner of Manchester United's minority stake, gave the green light regarding the massive reshuffle of the team's training ground at Carrington.
The project is rumored to be going to cost millions of pounds. The reshuffle has narrowed to the problem with the players' pre-activation and performance zones.
Manchester United have struggled hard against injury this season. The new zone is expected to reduce the risk of injury by providing space for players to warm up intensely.
Pre-activation exercises often take advantage of the load, such as the band's resistance, with the aim of stimulating blood flow to the players' muscles.
Meanwhile, the idea of a massive reshuffle project at Carrington was part of Sir Dave Brailsford's idea - Sports Director Ineos (a company owned by Radcliffe) - which emphasizes the philosophy of marginal gain.

Part of the marginal profit philosophy will also make Carrington redesigned to allow more sunlight to enter with walls replaced by large glass panels.
In addition, the club's offices will also be open after Ratcliffe criticizes the fragility and cleanliness of office staff through scathing emails.
As part of the cleaning reshuffle, the club's laundry section was moved outside, away from the main area. This is to ensure that the focus on the first team's training area is purely on football.
Then, some of the existing player's car parking lots will be reconfigured to provide space for the new warm-up zone.
The club will also expand their offices as far as 247 meters. The landscape will also be carried out around the building. A park will be created to provide a quiet area for staff to relax.
Then, the medical center will also have additional facilities to allow emergency ambulance access.
In previous years, work at Carrington focused on improving the academy area and the women's team. However, Ineos is now focusing on investing in the first team area.
So far, there are no exact figures regarding the cost of the renovation even though it is estimated to reach millions of pounds.
After completing the club's 25 percent purchase, Ineos agreed to inject 245 million pounds of investment to boost infrastructure around Carrington.
