Anies Baswedan Invites The People Of Aceh To Continue The Struggle For Change
BANDA ACEH - Former presidential candidate, Anies Baswedan, invites the people of Aceh to continue the struggle for change that has been carried out together so far.
"I invite the people of Aceh, let's continue this struggle, God willing, in the future Aceh will progress, and justice will be present in Aceh," said Anies Baswedan, in Banda Aceh, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, May 3.
The statement was made by Anies Baswedan when greeting and thanking the people of Aceh who had chosen the AMIN pair in the last presidential election, at the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, Banda Aceh.
Anies said the Constitutional Court (MK) had resolved this issue and had appointed an elected president. Therefore, Anies-Cak Imin decided to return to Aceh.
"Today we have come to convey the struggle for change, we continue to strive," he said.
Although the Constitutional Court has appointed elected presidents, Anies emphasized that the struggle for change and justice continues for Indonesia.
"We respect the constitutional process, our struggle is extraordinary, and now it's time for us to build Indonesia, we continue to fight," he said.
He reiterated the arrival to Aceh specifically to express his gratitude for the trust, and his party did not waste the mandate.

Anies also asked for prayers from the people of Aceh so that they could be trusted, Istiqomah and continue their journey in the future.
"Hopefully the people of Aceh who have chosen to carry out integrity, who are resistant to pressure. Keep consistency, God willing, blessings will always exist," he said.
Anies also left greetings to his family, neighbors, relatives and the entire community who were not in Banda Aceh, currently could not visit all districts in Aceh.
"God willing, our meeting will not be the last time in Aceh. We will continue to meet again regularly. From Banda Aceh, we leave a message to all Acehnese people, continue to be proud people for their children and grandchildren later," he said.
