2 Motives For The Murder Of A Body In A Suitcase In West Cikarang Were Revealed
The police have concluded that the two motives behind the murder of Rini Mariany, the woman whose body was found in a suitcase in West Cikarang.
Director of General Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Wira Satya Triputra said the suspect Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh's first motive was to kill the victim, namely heartache.
"That the motive of the suspect in committing this murder was because the suspect did not accept or was offended by the victim's words," Wira told reporters, Friday, May 3.
The suspect was hurt because of the insults made by Rini Mariany. Wira conveyed that Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh was insulted by the victim because he did not want to marry her.
"(The victim) asked for accountability for marriage. So that it made the suspect hurt and committed murder," he said.
In addition, from the results of the investigation and examination, the second motive in the case was the suspect's economic factor.
The motive was concluded because the suspect was known to have stolen the company's money brought by the victim worth Rp43 million.
Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh is suspected of needing money because he will hold a wedding reception with his legal wife on May 5.
"Besides that, there is also an economic motive in which the suspect took the victim's money," said Wira.
