Today, The Constitutional Court Starts Trial 297 Cases Of The 2024 Legislative Election Dispute And The Most PPP
JAKARTA - The Constitutional Court (MK) has begun to hear 297 cases of dispute over general election results (PHPU) or disputes in the 2024 Legislative Election, Monday, April 29, 2024.
The trial was held in three panels, each led by judges at the Constitutional Court Suhartoyo, Saldi Isra, and Arief Hidayat.
Of this number, the PHPU for the 2024 Legislative Election was proposed by PPP with 24 cases, Nasdem with 20 cases, and PAN with 19 cases.
