AHY Hands Over 300 Free Certificates To The People Of Southeast Sulawesi
JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) symbolically handed over 300 land certificates to the people of Southeast Sulawesi.
"Earlier there were submissions of 50 certificates from PTSL, 15 from redistribution, 38 from waqf/Rumah Ibadah, 157 assets from the Regency Government and 50 from land consolidation," AHY said, quoting Antara.
He admitted that as a Minister who had just been appointed by President Joko Widodo, he was committed that the Ministry of ATR/BPN must always provide the best service to the community, therefore it is not surprising that the busy schedule awaits.
"So approximately two months after being inaugurated so I am committed to continuing to work," he said.
According to him, even though he was hit by a busy schedule, he was still optimistic because he knew that in various regions there was a synergy of collaboration or trikolakka in the ATR/BPN ranks with policy makers.
He added that when talking about land issues, not only talking about economic problems and justice, but there are problems that are most serious because it is our nature as humans who do not want anyone to be treated unfairly in their own country.

"The land affairs do not see the economic and social status of anyone who has a land dispute complaint, we are always ready to make a settlement," he added.
Minister AHY in Kendari City, Bumi Anoa, Southeast Sulawesi, also handed over door-to-door land certificates in Opaasi Village, West Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency.
Previously, AHY held a press conference at the Southeast Sulawesi Police Headquarters regarding the disclosure and prosecution of two land mafia cases in Kendari city.
Two cases of land mafia that have been uncovered, namely for a land area of 44.9 Ha with state losses reaching Rp337 billion.
