Dharma Polimetal AGMS Approves New Director

JAKARTA - PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk (DRMA) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 171.29 billion to shareholders.

The distribution of dividends of 28 percent of the net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity in 2023, which was recorded at Rp611.75 billion, was decided at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), citing Antara.

In the AGMS, the automotive component manufacturing issuer also appointed Immanuel Adi Pakaryanto as Director replacing Wieky Hedivendra.

Along with the growing optimism among the national automotive industry, DRMA set a revenue growth target of 10 percent for 2024.

We chose to set a conservative growth target as part of implementing the precautionary principle in each Company's policy. Of course, in making this decision we have taken into account the current condition of the automotive industry. According to our calculations, the Company's revenue growth will be driven by our competence in obtaining new models and new market share, as well as optimization of QCD (quality cost delivery)," said Dharma Polimetal President Director Irianto Santoso.

To support long-term growth in the electric vehicle industry, Dharma Group has prepared Motor Battery pack and BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) products.

In the future, these products are said to be supplied to one of the motorcycle brands in Indonesia, as well as used for conversion motorcycles produced by the Dharma Group.
