Not Only Two Ferarri, The Attorney General's Office Also Confiscates Mercedez Benz, Sandra Dewi's Husband

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has again confiscated assets belonging to Harvey Moesi, who is a suspect in the alleged corruption case in the tin commodity trading system in the PT Timah Tbk Mining Business Permit (IUP) area from 2015 to 2022. Not only two Ferrari cars, investigators also confiscated Mercedez Benz.

"Yes (the confiscation of Mercedez Benz)," said the Director of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the AGO, Kuntadi when confirmed, Friday, April 26.

However, it was not conveyed in detail about the location of the confiscation or whereabouts of the luxury car.

It was only conveyed that the confiscated vehicle was suspected to be the result of a tin corruption crime.

For now, investigators have confiscated 6 luxury cars belonging to Sandra Dewi's husband, including two Ferraris, Lexus RX300, Toyota Vellfire, Rolls Royce, and Mini Cooper.

Not only vehicles, investigators also confiscated Rp76 billion in cash and precious metals. In fact, blocking several accounts of Harvey Moeis.

"Investigators managed to confiscate electronic evidence, a collection of related documents," said Kuntadi.

Harvey Moeis is the 16th suspect in the alleged tin corruption case. He played a role in accommodating illegal mining in the PT Timah Tbk area.

Currently, Sandara Dewi's husband is being held at the Salemba Rutan at the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office.

In this case, Harvey Moeis is suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 and Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.
