After PIK 2 Became PSN, Aguan Disbursed His Targets
JAKARTA - President Director of PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) Sugianto Kusuma alias Aguan explained the target after Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2 was designated as a National Strategic Project (PSN).
Aguan said, as a developer who has more than 50 years of experience, PANI seeks to innovate and launch products that are in accordance with market demand that will be transferred to marketing sales targets.
"PANI will hold a commitment to all stakeholders and implement a business strategy that has been designed in such a way to reach medium and long-term goals, at least 5 years from now," said Aguan as quoted from the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Friday, April 26.
He also said that as a continuation of the 2022 corporate action, PANI had completed the process of increasing capital with the second pre-emptive right (PMHMETD).
Thus, PANI has land of 1,607 hectares (ha) which is located strategically at PIK 2 and continues to strive for the pre-sale target of 2024 to be achieved 100 percent.
The pre-sale target for 2024 is IDR 5.5 trillion. Meanwhile, in the first quarter of 2024, PANI's pre-sale target will only be reached 1.5 trillion or 27 percent of the target.
He then continued to encourage brilliant innovation to create an optimal market in PIK 2 and sustainable profitability without sacrificing consumer confidence.
"With our joint efforts and resources, I hope that shareholders can see sustainable growth in every period and I am very optimistic about PANI's future business prospects and Indonesia's economic growth in general," he said.
