Just Launched, GWM Tank 300 Hi4-T Sold Out

JAKARTA - A Chinese car brand from Great Wall Motor officially launched the 300 Hi4-T SUV, in an effort to expand its presence in China's new energy vehicle (NEV) segment.

Quoting from the CNevpost page, Tuesday, April 23, this one car is only available for one trim at a price of 269,800 yuan or the range of Rp604 million, which makes it the lowest-price model equipped with Hi4-T technology in the ranks of Tank models.

Not many units are available, aka limited to only 3,000 units. Interestingly, within 1.5 hours of launch, it immediately sold out and delivery started in May. This means that this one-model enthusiast is very high.

As is known, the initial model of Tanks sold includes Tank 300 and Tank 500, both of which were initially offered only in versions that were entirely powered by internal combustion engines. However, in the last two years, Tanks have aggressively made the electrification transition by introducing 500 Hi4-T Tanks, 400 Hi4-T Tanks, and 700 Hi4-T Tanks.

So what makes this model special? If you look in more detail, this SUV has a dimensions of 4,760 mm, a width of 1,930 mm and a height of 1,903 mm with a wheelbase of 2,750 mm.

Regarding the heartburn, the 300 Hi4-T Tank is powered by 2.0 L engine with a maximum power of 180 kW and a peak torque of 380 Nm, as well as an electric motor with a maximum power of 120 kW and a peak torque of 400 Nm. The 300 Hi4-T Tank Powertrain has a maximum power combination of 300 kW and a 750 Nm peak torque.

The model is powered by the Li-ion ternary battery pack with a capacity of 37.1 kWh, supplied by Svolt Energy, with a battery range of 110 km and a combined range of 860 km with a full fuel tank and full load.
