Suzuki Avenis And Burgman Street EX Officially Enter Malaysia Market, This Is The Price

JAKARTA - Suzuki launched two motorbikes at once in Malaysia, namely Avenis 2024 with the choice of GP Edition and also the 2024 Burgman Street EX which launched in Indonesia last year.

Quoting from the Paultan page, Monday, April 22, the Suzuki Avenis 2024 is priced from 6,980 ringgit or around Rp23 million and 7,500 ringgit for the GP Edition version (Rp24.4 million), while the Burgman Street EX 2024 hits 7,500 ringgit (Rp25.4 million).

All the prices above do not include insurance, taxes and other costs. In addition, the two models at the limit will soon be in the entire chain of Suzuki Malaysia's official dealers.

Speaking of color choices, Avenis 2024 got three choices consisting of Metallic Matte Fibroin Gray with MetallicLush Green, Metallic Matte Black with Glassaire Black, and a replica of the Metallic Sonic Silver race with the Triton Blue GP Edition. Meanwhile, Burgman got two choices of Pearl Moon Stone Gray and Metallic Mat Black colors.

Regarding the heart of the runway, Suzuki Avenis and Burgman carried the same engine, namely one air-cooled cylinder with a capacity of 125cc. The power is claimed to be 8.58 hp at 6,750 rpm with a maximum torque of 10 Nm which enters at 5,500 rpm.

In more detail, Burgman got the Suzuki Eco Performance Alpha (SEP-Owned) engine with Engine Auto Stop-Start (EASS), which is claimed to make the motor purely efficient, because the engine can shut itself off when it stops, and is equipped with a Suzuki Silent Start System to turn the engine on quietly.

Meanwhile, Burgman is positioned as a small Suzuki premium scooter with several compartments presented, such as USB charging ports to 21.5 liters of storage.

On the other hand, targeting young urban consumers, Avenis comes with an LCD instrument panel equipped with an ECO indicator for fuel-efficient performance. The fuel tank has a capacity of 5.2 liters, while the charging cap is located on the outside behind the seat to facilitate refueling.
