Polda Metro Calls The Testimony Of The Former SYL Adjutant Regarding Firli Bahuri Asking For IDR 50 Billion Not New Facts
Polda Metro Jaya stated that Syahrul Yasin Limpo's former aide, Panji Harjanto, regarding Firli Bahuri asking for Rp50 billion was not a new fact for investigators.
This is because Panji has conveyed it during an examination in the handling of cases of alleged extortion and gratification that made Firli Bahuri a suspect.
"What the witness said at the trial, had been conveyed before the investigators of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Syafri Simanjuntak to VOI.
In addition, in investigating the case, all witnesses have also been examined. Thus, all statements regarding extortion and gratuities allegedly committed by Firli Bahuri have been pocketed.
"All witnesses have been examined or questioned by investigators from the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, including one of the former Minister of Agriculture's aides at that time, namely Panji's brother," said Ade.

The testimony of Panji regarding the request for money by Firli Bahuri amounting to Rp50 billion was conveyed when he was presented as a witness in the trial of the alleged extortion and extortion case with the defendant Syahrul Yasin Limpo at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, April 17.
It started when the judge read out the Minutes of Investigation (BAP) number 34. Where, Panji said, knew Firli Bahuri asked SYL for Rp50 billion.
Panji agreed and said he was aware of a request based on information from SYL who was talking to the former Director of Agricultural Equipment and Machinery of the Ministry of Agriculture, Muhammad Hatta, in his office.
"At that time, Syahrul Yasin Limpo said there was a request for Rp 50 billion from Firli Bahuri," said the judge reading the Panji BAP.
However, Panji did not know in detail the designation of the request for money. Because, when he heard the conversation, he immediately left the room.
"But after hearing these words, because I felt it was a secret conversation, so I left the room," continued the judge reading out Panji's BAP.
"As far as you know, is there any information, because you are an aide, yes, that Syahrul Yasin Limpo himself stated that matters related to the existence of information regarding the request for money are related to what?" asked the judge.
"There is a problem at the KPK," said Panji
