Even so, said Risal, this number is a temporary accumulation figure to date.

"With the total details of the motorbike being transported when the homecoming flow reached 4,774 units, and 6,343 units during the backflow, while for the contraflow flow we managed to transport 1,616 motorcycle units so that if added, the total was temporary during Motis transportation as many as 12,733 motorbikes," explained Risal.

"We thank all participants who have participated and supported the Motis 2024 program. The input and suggestions we received will be accommodated to be used as material for our evaluation," said Risal.

He added that the free motorbike transportation program through the railway line is an annual program organized by the Ministry of Transportation's DJKA as an implementation of the Presidential Instruction to reduce the number of travelers using motorbikes.

This year, Risal continued, said the Motis 2024 program was held from April 2-19 20204, with registration period opening from March 4 to April 18, 2024.

"Alhamdulillah, the enthusiasm of the community is quite high, so God willing, we will motivate us to organize better Motis services at the next opportunity," concluded Risal.
