The Attorney General's Office Confiscates Two More Cars Of Sandra Dewi's Husband
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has again confiscated two luxury cars belonging to Harvey Moeis in handling a case of alleged corruption in the tin trading system in the PT Timah Tbk Mining Business Permit (IUP) area from 2015 to 2022.
The Director of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the AGO, Kuntadi, said that the confiscation was carried out because the two cars were suspected to be the result of a crime.
"Two have HM, the Velfire and the White Lexus," Kuntadi told reporters, Friday, April 19.
Although he confiscated several of Harvey Moeis's cars, Kuntadi said investigators were still investigating the possibility of other assets from Sandra Dewi's husband.
In addition, investigators are said to have also confiscated two other cars belonging to the President Director of PT SBS, Robert Indarto, namely, Mercy and Toyoya Zenix.
"The others have RI, Zenix and Mercy," said Kuntadi.
As a reminder, in the development of this case, investigators have searched Harvey Moeis' residence in the Pakubuwono area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Monday, April 1. Rolls Royce and Mini Cooper cars were confiscated.
In addition, investigators also confiscated Rp76 billion in cash and precious metals. In fact, blocking several accounts of Harvey Moeis
"(The temporary confiscation) includes Rolls Royce and Mini Cooper cars," said Kuntadi.
Harvey Moeis is the 16th suspect in the alleged tin corruption case. He played a role in accommodating illegal mining in the PT Timah Tbk area.
