Increasingly Clear, YouTube On Meta Quest Now Supports 8K Views

JAKARTA YouTube increased the resolution of their app impressions on Meta Quest. Previously, the maximum resolution presented was only 4K, but now it has changed to 8K so that the video became sharper. Found for the first time by Android Central, 8K streaming support in the SDR format has been added to the YouTube application for Quest with the 1.54 version. This resolution can be applied to all HDR videos uploaded with 8K resolution. To watch videos with 8K resolution, Quest users only need to open the YouTube application and search for any video. After that, tap the Settings icon at the bottom of the video, tap the Quality menu, then change the resolution to 4320p. If the resolution is not in the choice, then the video you see does not support HDR 8K. You can search for other videos that support 8K shows or keep using lower resolution options.

Resolusi ini sebenarnya sudah cukup jernih, tetapi tidak sebaik 8K.Berdasarkan pengamatanAndroid Central,ada perbedaan kualitas yang sangat terlihat antara konten 4K dan 8K. Semakin tinggi resolusi yang dipilih, artefak kompresinya akan semakin minim. Oleh karena itu, konten 8K terlihat lebih mencolok.Perlu diingat bahwa tampilan Meta Quest belum mendukung tayangan 4K dengan sangat baik, terlebih lagi jika Anda menggunakan konten 8K. Meski tayangannya memuaskan, tampilannya tidak akan setara dengan resolusi 8K di televisi.
