BRI Wealth Management Management Assets Grow 21 Percent In The First Quarter Of 2024
JAKARTA PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk managed to book assets managed or Asset Under Management (AUM) by BRI Wealth Management up 21 percent year on year (yoy) per Quarter I-2024.
BRI's Director of Consumer Business Handayani said this reflects the continued expansion and diversification of customer portfolios.
"In addition, BRI's Wealth Management business experienced a significant increase in profitability, with Fee-Based Income (FBI) from Bancassurance increasing by 34 percent yoy, and the FBI from investment increasing by more than 200 percent yoy," he said in a statement to the media, Wednesday, April 17.
Handayani said, BRI's Wealth Management is dedicated to providing comprehensive financial solutions and personalized services to Prima Customers.
BRI continues to accelerate BRI's Wealth Management business performance. The strategy is carried out by strengthening education related to the importance of financial management to all levels of society. The mission is also to help prime customers (BRI Private and BRI Priority) explore the complexity of the financial landscape and achieve their long-term financial goals," explained Handayani.
So far, he continued, BRI has also provided assistance by experienced financial advisors who always ensure product offerings according to customer risk profiles.
In addition, BRI Wealth Management is supported by the BRI Group ecosystem consisting of a trusted insurance company, securities, and Investment Manager.
As a result, the number of BRI's Prima Wealth Management customers also jumped to around 148,000 showing the trust and confidence placed in BRI's premium services.
"Then it was also recorded that BRI's new investor registration jumped by 60 percent yoy, indicating increased interest and trust in BRI Priority investment offers," said Handayani.

He said, the closure of new insurance policies at BRI increased by 65 percent YoY emphasized BRI's commitment to providing comprehensive protection solutions according to customer needs.
