Toyota Corolla Cross Facelift Presents In The Philippine Market, Here's The Change And Official Price

JAKARTA - Launched officially in February for the Southeast Asian market, the facelift version of Toyota Corolla Cross is now present to decorate the Philippine market with a number of refreshments.

Reporting from Top Gear Philippines, Tuesday, April 16, the SUV received a refresher on the exterior with a redesigned front facility and a more modern front grip than ever. In addition, the appearance of chrome is also shown which reinforces the impression of premium.

Meanwhile, the HEV variant and above, are equipped with a set of 18-inch rims measuring a two-tone model. The tires use a size of 225/50R18. For GR Sport, it has the same size of tires, but the rim design is different.

On the inside, this car gets a 12.3-inch head-unit that adorns the dashboard. Then, also a 10.1-inch touch screen that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

Just like a number of other models, the manufacturer also presents Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) safety devices to the Corolla Cross facelift including the Automatic Emergency Brake, Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Tracing Assist, and Auto High Beam.

In terms of performance, the Toyota Corolla Cross is now only presented with a hybrid variant with a 4-cylinder 1.8 liter gasoline engine equipped with an electric motor so that it can produce 121 dk of power.

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) sells the car at prices ranging from 1.498 million pesos (type G) to 1.763 million pesos (type V) or equivalent to IDR 422.4 million to IDR 497.1 million. The company also presented a version of GR Sport with a value of 1.917 million pesos (around IDR 540.6 million).

This car is available in Platinum White Pearl Mica, Celestite Gray Metallic, and Metal Stream Metallic for type V and G. Meanwhile, the GR Sport type is available in dual-tone Emotional Red 2/Attitude Black Mica and Platinum Whote Pearl Mica/Attitude Black Mica.
