Bawaslu Leave The Conclusion Of The Presidential Election Dispute To The Constitutional Court Today
JAKARTA - The Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of the Republic of Indonesia has confirmed that it will submit the conclusion of the dispute or dispute over the results of the general election (PHPU) in the 2024 presidential election to the Constitutional Court (MK) today. Chairman of the Indonesian Bawaslu Rahmat Bagja explained that the submission of the conclusion was after the commemoration of the 16th Anniversary of the Bawaslu on Tuesday morning until noon. The second issue, he said, was related with Bawaslu who did not carry out proper supervision or action. "Bawaslu did not supervise, nor did he. He said that Bawaslu had also taken action even though it was not central in Bawaslu RI only. In this case, the legal team of the pair Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar as the applicant one and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md. as the applicant two. Furthermore, the General Election Commission (KPU) RI as the respondent, the Defenders Team Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka as the related party, and Bawaslu. This conclusion will be the final bullet for the parties in this presidential election dispute.
