Today Ganjar-Mahfud Submits Conclusion Files To The Constitutional Court: Highlight 4 Presidential Election Fraud

The presidential and vice presidential candidates (candidates-candidates) Ganjar-Mahfud will submit the conclusion file for the General Election Result Dispute (PHPU) trial for the Presidential Election (Pilpres) to the Constitutional Court (MK), today.

Ganjar-Mahfud's attorney, Finsensius Mendrofa, said that in the conclusion file, there were four facts about the trial that proved violations in the implementation of the 2024 presidential election.

"The conclusion of Petitioner II (Ganjar Mahfud) is 51 pages and is divided into 4 important parts that were revealed at the trial," said Finsensius to VOI, Tuesday, April 16.

The first fact is related to ethical violations during the 2024 presidential election. Then, President Joko Widodo's nepotism was carried out.

"There has been nepotism carried out by President Joko Widodo, although related parties are trying to deny some of them," he said.

The third fact found during the trial, said Finsensius, was about the occurrence of coordinated abuse of power in all lines of government.

Finally, regarding the violation of election procedures that occurred before the voting process.

"There have been various violations of general election procedures during the 2024 presidential election period, both before, at the time and after voting day, which occurred in SIREKAP," said Finsensius.

Meanwhile, the Ganjar-Mahfud camp will submit a conclusion file to the Constitutional Court at around 10:00 WIB.

Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court is scheduled to read out the decision of the 2024 presidential election PHPU dispute trial no later than Monday, April 22, 2024.
