The Constitutional Court Will Hold A Session Of The Presidential Election Dispute Decision On April 22, 2024
JAKARTA - Spokesperson for the Constitutional Court (MK) Fajar Laksono said that the trial process for the General Election Result Dispute (PHPU) for the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections (Pilpres) is just a matter of holding a trial for the pronouncement of the verdict.
"There is no further trial. The trial is just a matter of expressing the verdict," he explained in a short message, Monday, April 15.
Fajar said that the Constitutional Court is scheduled to accept conclusions from the parties on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 no later than 16.00 WIB.
According to Fajar, the PHPU decision or the 2024 presidential election dispute will be announced on April 22, 2024. In addition, according to him, there has been no change in the agenda related to the trial.
"So far it is April 22, there has been no change for the agenda. We are still scheduling the pronunciation of the PHPU decision for the presidential election on April 22," he explained.

As previously reported, eight constitutional judges will hold a panel of judges (RPH) related to the 2024 presidential election dispute trial on April 16. This opportunity is also the deadline for submitting conclusions by the party in the case.
Furthermore, the Constitutional Court is scheduled to read out the decision of the dispute over the results of the 2024 presidential election (PHPU) no later than Monday, April 22, 2024. This process has been running since March 27.
