Involve Singer Country On Blues Album, Slash: One Of My Best Ideas
JAKARTA - Slash will launch a new album titled Orgy of the aired on May 17, 2024. This album is said to carry a thick blues genre of music.
Even so, the presence of Chris Stapleton as one of the collaborators raises questions. The country singer was involved in the cover of Fleetwood Mac's Oh Well song.
Slash said Stapleton's singing style crossed his mind when he wanted to make a cover of the song. He also tried to contact the 45-year-old singer.
"The rhythm of the singing and the accent he has for this special song, in my mind, sounds perfect," Slash said during a recent interview with Rolling Stone.
"I ( THOUGHT) had to get his phone number and call him," said Slash.

The 58-year-old guitarist said his choice was very appropriate. Stapleton welcomed and tried his best during the recording.
The former Guns N Roses guitarist also said that the recording results for Oh Well matched what was previously imagined.
"I think it's one of the best ideas I've had in my memory recently," Slash said.
Apart from Chris Stapleton, Slash also presented other collaborators on his new album, including Billy Gibbons, Iggy Pop, and Demi Lovato. Previously, he also released a single titled Killing Floor, featuring vocals Brian Johnson from AC/DC and Steven Tyler from Aerosmith.
After the release of the album Orgy of the aired, Slash will start the S.E.R.P.E.N.T., on a festival tour across North America with many musicians.
"Tur S.E.R.P.E.N.T. is a celebration of blues and rock n' roll music, as well as celebrations of unity and togetherness in this uncertain and divisive time," Slash said in a press release on his official website.
