2024 BAC Final Schedule: Jonathan Meets Li Shi Feng

JAKARTA Jonathan Christie will appear in the final match of the 2024 Badminton Asia Championship (BAC). The following is the final match schedule.

The final match will take place at the Ningbo Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium, Sunday, April 14, 2024, starting at 14.00 local time or 13.00 Indonesian time.

Jonathan will be the only Indonesian representative to appear in the final match later. He reached the final round after defeating Chinese representative, Shi Yuqi, in a long match of three games.

At the peak of the tournament, the 2018 Asian Games gold medalist and the third seed will meet another Chinese ambassador, Li Shi Feng.

Li Shi Feng is the fifth seed in this competition. He reached the final by beating seed Anthony Sinisuka Ginting in the quarter-finals and Kodai Naraoka in the semifinals.

This will be the sixth competitive clash between Jonathan and Li Shi Feng. In the previous five competitive clashes, Jonathan won 4-1.

In the final match, the men's singles match between Jonathan and Li Shi Feng is fourth. Their duel was after the women's singles, men's doubles, and women's doubles.

The first party will feature a match between the co-hosts, namely the women's singles Wang Zhi Yi faced Chen Yu Fei.

Then the men's doubles match between Liang Wei Win/Wang Chang vs Goh Sze Fei/Nur Izzuddin. Followed by the women's doubles duel between Zhang Shu Xian/Zheng Yu and Baek Ha Na/Lee So Hee.

After that the duel between Jonathan vs Li Shi Feng and continued the mixed doubles match between Seo Seung Jae/Chae Yu Jung and Feng Yan Zhe/Huang Dong Ping in the closing party.
