KAI Daop 8 Surabaya Reports 100 Percent Train Time Rate During Eid 2024

SURABAYA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) Operational Area (Daop) 8 Surabaya managed to record a timeliness rate for long-distance train departures of 100 percent during the Eid 2024 transportation period until the 14th day. Meanwhile, the timeliness rate for train arrivals reached 99 percent.

The Public Relations Manager of KAI Daop 8 Surabaya, Luqman Arif, stated that this achievement was the result of the company's strong commitment which was supported by the high enthusiasm and dedication of KAI workers. Support from stakeholders also contributes to providing the best service, especially during the Eid transportation period.

"This is also supported by stakeholders or stakeholders of KAI who also support the Eid transportation service this year so that it can run as well as possible.
