Papuan Civilian Society Attacked By Group Allegedly OPM, One Died Two Injured
JAKARTA Papuan civilians experienced attacks that allegedly came from the Free Papua Organization (OPM) on Monday (8/4) and Tuesday (9/4). This time, the OPM action has added data on various criminal acts that interfere with security in Papua, which has caused casualties on the community, both indigenous Papuans (OAP) and migrants.
This incident began with the killing of a native named Timothy Kasipabin, as a result of gunfire by members of the East Star XXXV Kodap OPM, in Modusit Village, Serambakon District, Kab. Gunungan Bintang, Papua Mountains.
Timothy Kasipabin is a member of the Satpol PP Kab. Bintang Mountains. The victim is also the son of the Tribal Chief of Marcel Kasilmabin, shot on Monday (8/4) at 21.00 WIT.
Furthermore, at different locations, precisely at Kiosk, Yersey Mersey Bridge, Jl. Kago-Kimak, Kago Village, Ilaga District, Puncak Regency, there have been shootings carried out by Unknown Persons (OTK), allegedly OPM Puncak Regency, against Pampang (a migrant community from the Toraja Tribe) and an OAP on behalf of Nortinus Tabuni.

As a result of the shooting, Pampang suffered a gunshot wound to the right side of the head and is currently in critical condition. Meanwhile, Nortinus Tabuni suffered a gunshot wound to the left side of the waist and is conscious. Until now, the position of the two victims of the shots is still under medical treatment from the Ilaga Hospital.
